Inner Body Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Tuesday nights 8:00 pm - 9:15 pm. Zoom Class Only

Slow flow, deep holds and breathing, and deep rest in Yoga Nidra to access your inner wisdom. Yoga Nidra is proven to relax and heal your body and mind!

The cost of the class is $10 through Venmo or Zelle.

Reiki is a stress-reduction technique that promotes the body's relaxation response and natural healing ability.

Self-Myofascial Release positions the body for a profound unwinding of holding patterns in your tissues.

What to Expect

You will lie on a table in the serene and private setting of my home studio. This practice is a light touch of using my hands to release and open channels of energy.

I am an attuned Usui Reiki Master which is the predominant form of Reiki practiced today. I have years of manual experience from my clinical practice and yoga therapy sessions.

The first three classes will be Kalpha balancing, we will shake off the build-up from winter and jump into the Spring Season. Moving through the Kapha cold, wet rain and looking towards the hint of Spring, and looking forward to its sustaining warmth! We will focus on how our bodies are naturally cleansing themselves of winter build-up and how we can support that process through, diet and self-care practices. The following 3 weeks will be dedicated to the theme of prana and circulation and using the breath as a powerful tool for healing. The last four weeks will focus on Sattva. We will explore how nurturing our senses through beauty and community makes us feel connected and aligned with our environment.
